"Avoid this place!"
Things were fine until I tried to cancel an order that didn’t have a delivery date. That’s when I found out they were slapping on a 20% restocking fee. I had no clue about this charge until I made the call to cancel. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere—neither in their warehouse, on their site, in the invoice, or during any of our chats until I wanted to back out. This is just bad business. What kind of decent company hits you with a surprise fee like that when it’s convenient for them?

Just what I expected. The sale went smoothly and the price was fantastic. I picked up a piece of fitness gear, and it's been working well and in good shape so far. Service was solid too.

Did my homework and snagged an awesome elliptical. I've been super happy with the help I got in picking out the machine and the whole buying experience. Just a small thing I’d change: the handlebars started to have a little piece that came loose pretty fast - not a big deal - just where I grip, there's a section that peeled back a bit. I’d absolutely suggest checking out Carolina Fitness. The value for the machine I got is fantastic, and it’s been a game changer to be able to work out on a gym-quality machine right at home for the price I paid!

"Absolutely No Regrets!"
You won't be let down!!! Bill, you're the best!!! I picked up a pre-owned LifeFitness treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike!!! It took two weeks to get them all cleaned up, but I was totally amazed!!! They appear nearly brand new!!! Huge thanks to CFE!!! Kim P.

"Super nice and fast at replying to inquiries..."
They were super nice and fast at replying to any questions I had when I reached out. The only hiccup I faced was that I was just passing through from West Virginia and thought I’d swing by to grab a few items to save on shipping costs. Unfortunately, they were out of almost everything I wanted because of a sale they had the weekend before. So, lesson learned! I’ll definitely call ahead next time to check on what I need before dropping in. I’ll be back to shop with them again.
